So we are to offered a SPP at $8.45 or a lesser figure according an averaged SP.
Compared to the recent issue to "sophisicated investors" it seems like a bad offer as their deal included a 30c dividend plus 30% franking so the effective price to them is around $8.
For us it may be $8.45 or a bit less without any dividend and franking credit which is going to be well above the placement price.
In the offer it stated that the terms would be equal or better than the placement NO SO!!! Unless the final price is a lot lower.
Not a very good offer at all !!
Or is it different to this somehow?
