    The SPP is underwritten so the institution maybe happy not having everyone participate so they can pick up the remainder at 6.25c.

    I think it will go as low as 7.5 or 8c then people will sell some of the SPP. Once the selling gets exhausted after April 16-24 expect this to rocket up to mid teens. 14-16c.

    If this guy is voted through he will be driven hard for the SP to go to 20c and above imo.
