on the subject of SPP, NEO's record date is tomorrow, however in the ann they state that to be sure of getting any of the SPP, you should have purchased shares at least 3 days before the record date. How can I be sure if I purchase tomorrow I will get them. It seems just a tactic to get people to buy early, but legally I am entitled to them if i buy before close tomorrow. Right or wrong?
