I believe that on the most part, those who wanted their 10% profit from the SPP (on the proviso it'll be $3.04) have already sold on the market at around $3.38 or whatever. A bankable profit NOW! Potentially the easiest $1.5K they've ever made.
By selling now, it would also mean that they have their $15K (and some) in the bank and that they don't need to raid their kids education fund or sell their boat to find the funds needed. $15,000 is alot of money for alot of people. Many can't get that much cash together. This idea will only work for those who own more than 5K in BCI shares obviously, and I don't know how many that is.
I can't see much of a sell-off once the shares become tradeable. But who knows. I also reckon world markets and the spot price will have much more of an effect on BCI's future SP direction. IMO
