When you get your SPP documents, I'd suggest you take action immediately.
There appears to be a problem with trans Tasman mail at the moment.
I sent a letter to Whangarei on 11 December. It hasn't arrived. I sent a replacement on 24 December and that hasn't arrived yet as well.
With a public holiday on the 1st & 2nd it doesn't leave much time to return your SPP applications.
Maybe phone BCI to see if you can fax/email the form & pay by Bpay/fund transfer.
I don't know where the problem is but I don't place much faith in NZ Post or Australia Post at the moment.
