I couldn't have said it better myself.
Like you I'm a firm believer in MY. Companies with good management are hard to find so I place my faith in those companies with proven smart operators. I consider BCI to be one of those and accordingly am here for the long haul.
There are too many mining companies run by guys getting $500k per annum for doing three 5ths of seven 8ths of sweet bugger all.
I've said it before, but look around at the Pilbara iron ore wanabees that are still looking longingly at the horizon for a rail line.
