rofl SPP was never intended to raise money as it was capped at $500k which is nothing
it was only intended to allow shareholders to participate along side sophs and instos who took part in that placement at 2.2c so they didnt whinge which again is why it was capped at $500k
Company had over $3m post placement so enough to drill
They will be cum an issue post drill results thats for sure
But for now no need to panic
