I have received the following from BKA and intend to follow their advice.
""Corporate law prevents us from distributing the Buka Gold prospectus in
New Zealand unless specific registration processes have been followed.
Unfortunately, the number of Buka shareholders in New Zealand at present
is not sufficient to warrant the expense associated with this.
Notwithstanding this, my understanding is that nothing prevents New
Zealand residents from obtaining a copy of the prospectus and from
Submitting an application for shares.
Should you make an application for shares and submit it to us noting
that you are a Buka shareholder, I will ensure that it is treated in the
same way as applications from other Buka shareholders.""
I think that AMU might be doing the same for NZ. At least I hope they will
