    looks like KBL is working the phones again - ensuring SH "have received SPP details and forms" and trying to gauge support for SPP

    Told them in no uncertain terms that a closure of financing deal (and details thereof) will determine IF I take up the offer

    So guesses:

    - ann of deal
    or
    -extension to SPP closing date
