    I suspect (and it is no more than a suspicion) that the refinancing is dependant on a minimum raise from the SPP. Otherwise why make it so generous? No successful raise from the SPP, no presale. I hope there is a plan B or some shareholders are with me and think the terms are so compelling that they will participate to the maximum extent.
