I too have applied the max. Last time I bought a Mill for 0.050 cents, PRR hit a high of 0.19 cents the next day, I liquidated to free carry. I am hoping even with the dilution it will atleast reach the Edison Report findings on SP at around 0.14 Cents or be above the water i.e. 0.10 Cents

Considering the pipeline of products in around LAG3 and the lookout for CVAC development and with the FDA bill having passed in lower house in US Senate, will enable Drug companies in some case to bring drugs to market after Clinical stage II. Fast-tracking time to market. If this FDA bill passes in the Senate there would be some tremors in the BioTech world with promising Drug researches like PRR, PBT, NRT, PXS, GTG, IMU etc..

CVAC development partnership can fructify very quickly if the FDA Bill was passed in another month or so timeline, and that would be enough to push the SP north of 0.10 cents... lets hope so...
