Well that's a mighty fine answer gallaghmc! I agree with what you are saying and I wouldn't be too surprised if this raising and note restructure is predicated by some commercial deals being very close. I've been following the U-pgrade story for a while now and it's an exciting one.
Pretty sure I heard Julie Bishop touting potential uranium exports just last week. There is also a good article posted in a previous thread about how the technology works. I'll repost it
