The prospectus for the entitlement issue to shareholders and option holders
whose options expired on 16 February 2006 is to be forwarded shortly. Shares are priced at 2.5 cents per share with an attaching option for every 2 shares issued under the prospectus. The options are to be listed and are exercisable at 6 cents on or before 31 December 2007.
