Shortfall Placement
In the event that less than $6 million is applied for under the SPP, the shortfall will be underwritten, or placed to third parties, by Patersons in accordance with the terms of the underwriting agreement between the company and Patersons.
The way that I interpret this statement about the shortfall, could be a little strange. Patersons in the event of a shortfall could potentially offer any shortfall to Hagen Stehr + Son + David Head and other friends. So, potentially they could own a much larger stake. Like you said, let us wait and see what the result is but I'm confident this will be a solid year to come and building on strong growth.
