With the fortune of the Lunar Year of the Rooster, post the raising, STO might be able to at least hit $6, in the ST $5 provided the raising went well.
If $3.95 is the SP being the VWAP of the 5 days then the dilution is mild.
And the debt will be gone which puts a whole new perspective to STO.
