The Institutional placement of 256M shares seemed to "result" in fall of about 2% below the $4.06 price.
Expect some fall in sp after new spp issue.
If $500m raised at about $4 then extra 125M shares would be issued.
It may be hard to determine what part of any fall is due to the SPP issue.
It could be masked by other factors like a fall or rise in poo.
Unless the SPP issue is poorly supported - then falls likely to be the result of loss of faith in Santos (lack of
Confidence in the recovery plan)
Market Sentiment is an important factor.
