    You will still be buying at discount to the prevailing market price of 9.9%, provided this doesn't dilute & people sell into, there will be an arbitrage opportunity. If the price drops in the next month, the new subscription price will drop with it. It will only not be arbitrage should the price after issuing drops 9.9%
