After this placement VCR will have $43 million in the kitty. They dont say how much they will take from the SPP or if it will be capped.

In theory VCR could raise another $40 mill quite easily if the SP was nearer to $1 instead of the 80c placement price. Why would anyone bother to take up their entitlements at current levels????

Still this placement and the SPP should provide upwards of $60 mill for VCR's kitty.....enough to guide it through US trials. Well hopefully.
