    Before you all get excited about the SPP, looking at the numbers who are likely to join the register before Friday I'm betting on the allocation being scaled back by 50-60%. Given that there was 427+ holders before the SPP was announced and that about 350 "small" trades went through up till Tuesday, plus off market transfers to yet more HINs.... Is there any point ?
