With the SPP received in the mail, it says we can only buy $1000, $3000 or $5000 parcels? is this right. Also, now that the SP has hit $1, is this a resistance? or could it go south some more, therefor making the SPP worthless as it would be cheaper to buy say $3000 worth of NMS at .94 cents (accounting for broker fees)
