What are people's intentions with regard to the SPP?
Put in $1-2k which is probably what you'll get if they scale it back and buy on market (if you wanted more).
Or lock up $30k in hope you might get more... but risk having that money tied up for a maybe up to two months only to end up getting 38-39k back when they scale it back?
