you'll get your entire allocation from the spp as there was a small shortfall. I know this as some of the shortfall stock was offered to some larger shareholders and I've applied for some of that. So the company will get all the cash they wanted and applicants will get what they wanted. I feel the 5.5 cents should be the bottom. I for one will be buying more if it isn't. good luck to all holders
