The fact that it is not underwritten should tell you something about the companies true need for this additional funding; On a personal note I have picked up the equivalent of my allocation on market at a discount to the SPP, as have many others. Now consider the upside - fully subscribed would result in the issue of some 25m new shares at this pitiful price. On the proviso that they have all the working capital they need 19m shares less on market only bodes well for those that hold.
