Many of us have been invested in VCR over a number of years. We are rightly unhappy with the present scenario,ie needing money at the worst possible time with a rundown shareprice. They are now so close to delivering their BTT completion that it would be a travesty not to give a bit more support in the SPP, even though it will cause major dilution. The company feel that they will get enough support. At this point in time they need our support to get this thing over the line, after years of waiting and a dropping shareprice. Whether they get our support or not our shares will still be diluted, we are either in with some dilution or out with 40% odd dilution. Each shareholder should consider their own circumstances, but to me I would rather give the money at the present price to the company than buy on market. Think about some of Buffett's philosophies and it may make it a bit easier.
