Under the Offer, each Eligilble Shareholder can subscribe for between A$1000 and A$10,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in various increments at an Offer price of a 7.5% discount to the average of the closing price of Pan Aust shares over the last five trading days before the issue date with a price cap so that you can be assured that you will not pay more than A$0.15 per share (which is the same price as the recent share placement) should the price of Pan Aust shares rise through the offer period.
