    Check out the latest haly-yearly financials and do a search on "going concern"

    There is still a lot of risk in this one now.

    It worries me that the SPP has not been announced. It seems ages ago since it was announced that there would be one.

    I can't find any information to suggest that more than $500K of the proposed SPP has confirmed to be underwritten.

    According to their agreement with Maddingley, ECT must acquire the IP by 1st July 2009 or who knows what will happen.

    Plenty of suspense and drama here though. Not for the faint hearted!
