i can assure you that management are 100% honest and transparent... they are simply short staffed. deadlines will be missed - this is, for now, a micro cap.

tea n biscuits is another phrase for working capital - of course we need more than the $1m for IP.

The balance will pay for more staff etc until we seal the first deal that will mean esi never has to tap the market again

esi's share price is not $30, it is sub 2c.

if we take your extremely unlikely scanario (2013!!), then one would presume esi's share price is has moved 0.03c by then if they had done the deals, which they will - if you participated in the SPP you would be in the money

be patient and be rewarded - it wont take that long!
