    Re SPP If certain of a refund if raising target not reached
    one could take a punt. My advice is not to buy shares lower than the SPP price. You could end up doing your dough
    as I did with Ventracor when I thought I could make more money on resale than the discounted SPP price. Never went above discounted SPP price before it died.
