Ive done over 35 SPP's ....

With this..you haver to send the money FIRST (u need to apply)..

Then the week BEFORE the shares hit your HIN, those last 5 days of trading, you work out the average price...

The issue price will then be 80% (20% discount) of the averge price..otherwise known as the 5day weighted avg

so what I am saying is that you will NOt know the Issue price of the SPP until after you have sent ur money.

The good thing (if u call it a good thing), is ur money will be refunded if there no extension to the $20Million Note.
