From a subscribers perspective "20% of 30c" is exactly the same as "20% of 3.5c".

As I said in another thread $2 million would require 400 shareholders to invest another $5000. I don't think they can do it personally.

I don't think a 20% discount is enough of an incentive given the low volume, the unpredictable price, and the massive number of shares they will be creating.

Happy to be proven wrong.
