    its capped..coz of an ASIC compliance.

    It used to be $5,000 maximum cap .....in a 12 mth period.
    Since the news yr, it has increased to atleast $10,000 (maybe even 15,000)..but I know 10,000 has been approved.

    Some companies allow for over subscriptions, to a certain amount.

    So basically, it is an ASIC ruling
