    SPP was significantly under subscribed.....at a guess it would appear that over 80% of shareholders did not partake in the spp......so 80%+ will have been significantly diluted.....management now have the right to place the shares wherever they like within the next 3 months....which is a concern,especially if the price was to rise based on news.....
