Can someone please help - I just got an email saying "I may" be eligible for the share purchase plan. But I bought the securuties on the 11 May and therefore T + 3 would me past the RECORD DATE (read below) - am I entitled to purchase???
If you were a Securityholder in GPT as at 7pm Tuesday 12 May 2009 ("Record Date") with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand you may qualify as an Eligible Retail Securityholder and may be entitled to subscribe for one (1) New Security for every one (1) stapled security held as at the Record Date. You may also apply for New Securities in excess of your entitlement up to a maximum 25% of your entitlement. However, no Eligible Retail Securityholder is assured of being allocated any New Securities in excess of their Entitlement.
