M12, agree with your view, no doubt it will be extended and the SP revised lower, however the EGM will IMO still proceed as Laurence and Lucy will want their 2.6c placements ratified ASAP...the directors will also want to get approval to dip their snouts in the trough for all their freebie shares approved NOW!
