You may well be right but if that's the case then the SPP was a complete waste of time and money.
It's not enough to have a good product these days. You need business nous as well. If the management of a company can't get a SPP right then how are they going to negotiate successfully with financial institutions?
I hope the SP rallys as I am still holding but from a commercial point of view I feel the SPP was badly handled and I would like to see better work from the financial arm of PRR in future.
