    If I have already 'B-Pay'ed for a certain amount, do you think that I can B-Pay again up to the next issue level???

    Probably no harm in trying now that the SP is already so much further advanced then the SPP price. I completed my SPP B-Pay early when the price was still tight so didn't take my full entitlement.
