They already have strong defenses in the cross shareholdings between BKW and SOL.
I may be wrong but both BKW and SOL dont trade enough. Maybe they are going to accept all the spp and increase the free float that is not just long term investors. There are many companies that would trade higher if they just had a few more shares trading each day. The next best is to share split but at 14.50 its not necessary it just needs more shares trading so increase the pool with people who are traders.
