In our phone call, the CFO implied that one intention of the SPP was to raise BKW's profile and attract broker and perhaps insto support. So any instos in it for the long haul would probably be well advised to mop up any cheap shares that become available next Tuesday.
As for the guy with 10 HINs, there's no way I'd want to be trying to offload $150k worth of BKW on Tuesday.
