With this increase in shares I presume SOL could increase its shareholding back to its pre spp percentage holding. So I think that SOL will be one of the buyers and as the objective is more shareholders more interest I suspect that putting a floor in above the 12.40 is important to keep some of the new shareholders.
I think it may be interesting but I will be a buyer at below 12.50. I hold SOL and given the cross holding think that below 12.50 its as good as buying SOL.
I entered the SPP because this one has always escaped me too thinly traded so at times not worth buying and at other times no stock. Now I have at least got afew and can add.
