every company considers funding moving forward but the thing you lack to understand is that a company coming into a JV with another company with a bad cash position has the upper hand….. They will do what’s best for them and screw over SPQ holders
The other option is a discounted Capital Raise with attached options for the sophs and instos
Going to be interesting to see which way “in Peter we trust” goes….. LOL sums up the punters in SPQ blind faith
