Negotiations need to be from a position of strength......but going cap in hand to market (irrespective of your asset) never ends well.
If a predator feels they can take it from you they will, despite managements best effort.
You then need either a shareholder(s) with sufficient power to stop hostile take over, or a white knight....but will come at a price.
Cash is the blood that pumps through the veins, CR with coporate vultures is the equivalent of death by 1,000 cuts.
They are running on the smell of an oily rag & only 2 quarters of funding left..
