The SP has been declining simply because the sellers are keener than the buyers and are prepared to take a declining price. The real question though is 'why?'
1. Influenced by TA?
2. Simply following other sellers?
3. Afraid that news is coming that might see a lower price?
.4.Need the money?
5. Didn't like the last lot of news?
6. Tired of waiting?
Take your pick! There are usually many reasons to sell but only 1 reason to buy.
