Blue, not enough trade for a big shareholder exiting.
Parcels are to small.
Terrible results. No.
Pre the last campaign, it was unknown source direction or connection for mo.
Take home.
5% mo.
Injection sheer.
Vein found at 140m pointing west in hole 10.
Vein not part of deep porphyry. Rocks cool near it.
Higher biotite west and deep. Porphyry close.
Gossan mapped south.
Mo anomoly south.
Farther south second interpreted wall rock zone.
Ie. Wall rock north, distal sulphides. Possible wall rock south. In the middle gossan. Potential oxides under gossan.
Over east, 500m anomoly, just 100m from hole 10 collar where Vein in hole 10 most likely heads.
None of the above where known properly 6 months ago.
Anybody guess where the porphyry may be, based on the above?
The above indicates s, sw. Esp if the gossan has oxides with sulphides north and south of it via distal wall rocks.
Why is the sp lower, direction. Nothing more.
They have enough cash for 3 months atleast if they do surface work. Why not as it would help determine what's under better.
Value is not in the sp, but the resource. The sp can be overvalue or undervalued, but the $ value in the ground is the same or grows over time.
CXO, DEG, CHN, INR are prime examples and PDN and SWM are examples of sp recovery on sentiment without a fundamentall change at the time that occurred.
At this end of the market, esp with copper constrains down the track, one wants to look for projects that will feed into it, before it occurs, not later as the big companies will jump all over decent projects to sure up there own supplies.
Sectors. We see them chased. Most metals are at the top of there cycle, but copper is starting it's cycle.
Is there risk? Yes size of deposits.
Even big companies have risk. Past one tel, brashes, sons of gwalia, adelaide steamship for example.
Big companies with stable revenues down the drain.
Its about foresight. Not what is there now, but what is there in a few years time.
If Spq do get decent deposits, it will follow cxo, deg, chn in value.
Risk as mentioned is it needs to be 1 of the 100 companies that succeed because 1% of projects become a mine.
So risk is high early being a 1% er.
