Why did it drop so much, bit by bit into the low 3c range?? Why was there a shock CR at 3c?

The evidence is there I reckon that the only way that SPQ's Board could raise much-needed money was to respond to the various brokers' views that porphyry was not a commercial or salable commodity, especially where the SP had been/was,

I add that I reckon that the SP was engineered downwards so as to make the CR look reasonably respectable. It would appear that the underwriting Brisbane broker was the only one prepared to give it a go, but only with good support from some existing top 20 holders. It must have been tough work too as generous options were added.

We had to be tolerant of the situation, accepting as a bottom line that drilling money had been raised.

I hope that no broker gets a crack at any future CR. Keep it in the family!!
