Some presenters are slick with no substance behind them.
Some presenters get it all right.
Some presenters could have done it better.
It does not really matter though in the end. It's what the company has as its assets and how the working team handles it isn't it!

Imo.reconsider your 'hold' position if you can look through your coloured view and find substance.
