agree.. if he has any information that the market doesn't have (for example the next assays aren't good, etc and they're about to be released) then he's going to have a problem .. but it's his problem and the results are what they are .. fundamentals of SPQ haven't changed..
it is a douchey move by him but things change and we have limited context for why he did it
