The asx is littered with penny dreadfuls and the likes where investors have list the lot only to see the CEO or board directors rise elsewhere. Linc Energy, Brisbanes Airport Link, Onetel, the list goes on. Property scams. It's foolish to think the same doesn't happen everywhere.
