Any chance that hole 10 does not provide the information required to complete a report and we need to wait for a further hole? My interpretation is that the planned depth and direction of hole 10 should be conclusive, but are there other factors at play? Could hole 10 have deviated from intended path? How much control do you have over the tip of a drill hunderds of meters below you?
