I am not spiky. A CR is coming, it's just the way things go. I will gladly participate in it when it does.
But suggesting that someone is suppressing the SP to CR is complete and utter BS, as nobody in the company would benefit from that.
So yeah, I call that comment downramp, which is getting more and more common everyday.
