From all the information we have (and haven't) revieved, I am really struggling to see many causes for this much of a delay. In fact, I've really only got one hypothesis. I am thinking back to Peter's words that they had to pull announcement at last minute due to a late request from an expert that turned out to be invalid (or words to the effect). They have said multiple consultants have been involved. Could it be that they disagree with each other? Where most directors may release announcement based on what they deem to be the most credible source, Peter being a lawyer may be reluctant to release without consensus. Any thoughts crew?
